  1. The Service Providers Reference List is intended for reference by enterprises only.
  2. HKCERT does not make any endorsement, warranty, guarantee or assurance on the quality of services or products delivered by the Service Providers on the Reference List.
  3. Enterprise may select and engage the Service Providers at its own choice (whether or not on the Reference List) to implement the project. Enterprise shall exercise its own judgement and conduct due diligence and assessment in selecting and engaging appropriate Service Providers to meet its business needs and project requirements. Enterprise shall assume full responsibilities and consequence on the selection of the Service Providers to implement the project its own risk.
  4. HKCERT shall in no event be liable to any and all losses or damages of whatever nature (including but not limited to, loss of revenue, profit, business opportunity or goodwill) sustained by any person or enterprise arising from or in connection with “Cybersecurity Services Providers Connect Programme” (the “Programme”) or selection of the Service Providers on the Reference List.
  5. HKCERT has not appointed, permitted or designated any companies to provide any fee charging services in relation to the Programme.
  6. Any companies claiming to be approved or designated by HKCERT for promoting or soliciting business are misleading and making misrepresentation, any person or enterprise should report the cases to HKCERT for following up and taking appropriate actions.
